'Wellbeing for all' stands at the core of GROUND with the intention to care for the carers, inspire wellness for children and offer all treatments to guests with compromised health.

GROUND is a collection of 100% natural aromatherapy oils and balms to encourage mindful selfcare. All of the products are handmade in small batches using vegan and organic ingredients, blended with sincere intention to soothe the soul.

The Restorative Face, Neck and Scalp Ritual (60 minutes)

Combining nurturing facial massage with soothing Gua Sha techniques this slow, flowing massage treatment works to reconnect mind and body. The focus within the treatment is on the face, neck décolleté and scalp and as such will have a potent effect on tightness & tension, eyestrain, migraines, headaches, TMJ issues, sinuses and puffiness. A calming but powerful treatment with one sole purpose; to leave you feeling peaceful & renewed.

The Grounding Ritual (60/90 minutes)

Sacred time for you to allow healing in. This treatment will provide you with the space and time to reconnect to source, to tap into your body's ability to self-repair and re-align. Focused on the back of the body, lower legs and feet and specifically centred on the areas that are prone to tightness and tension. The 90-minute option offers an added 30mins focused on the neck, shoulders, face and scalp including use of the Gua Sha Stones.

The Balancing Ritual (60/90 minutes)

Empowering & supporting through change: Perimenopause & Menopause.

Each treatment commences with an aromatherapy foot bath and breathwork and uses cold stone massage therapy., Gua Sha, reflexology and lymphatic drainage- bringing alignment and balance when going through this change and experiencing symptoms of menopause. Choose the 90-minute option for an all-encompassing treatment that includes focus on the back of the body, face & feet. Or your preferred 2 areas for 60 mins.
