 Advanced Bookings

We highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Doing so will ensure a preferred time and service is available.

Age Requirement

The minimum age requirement for access to the hot tub is 16 years old.

Cancellation Policy

To allow us to accommodate other clients we require 48 hours notice to change or cancel a booking. Full payment will be required for 'no shows' or changes to a booking after this time. Credit/debit card details are required in order to secure all bookings. Booking fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy.
Pregnancy

Unfortunately the hot tub cannot be used during pregnancy. However we offer specially designed treatments for expecting mothers in their second and third trimesters. Please allow our therapists to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
