We provide you the tools to still your mind, nourish your body and soothe your senses with our luxury retreat experiences and the leading experts in wellness.

Each retreat experience has been carefully crafted offering you the experience of yoga movement, luxurious treatments, plant-based food, sound healing and self-guidance… everything you need to slow down, re-charge and reignite what is truly important to your wellbeing.

We offer small private groups of 2-6 people, exclusive with our Better Together Package. 

MEET Terri-Ann

 Yoga has been a huge part of Terri-Ann's life, completing her 200 hr Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training with incredible Flow Academy in Belfast, Terri-Ann shares her teachings with many of her students locally, online and the scenic outdoors. She has also brought her knowledge of Yoga to local schools and introduced her 3 beautiful children to the Yoga way of life.

Terri-Ann has studied and practiced mindfulness and meditation extensively, specialising in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a style of yoga combining creative sequencing for strengthening the body and calming the mind. Terri-Ann aims to help others grow in their practice by nurturing the body, mind and soul in the hope that you step off your mat feeling revitalised, restored and balanced.

Together we had the pleasure of hosting many truly magical retreats in 2021 and I'm sure that any of you who have had the pleasure of meeting Terri-Ann or being taught by her will know her love for her job and all that she has learned from the practice to guide her students toward their own yoga bliss.

THE LOCATION

Nestled on the outskirts of Newry, Co Down, Bella Rosa Cottage is a luxury oasis purpose-built to serve as a sanctuary for beauty, spa and wellness retreats.  Each experience at Bella Rosa Cottage has a goal to elevate serenity, health and wellbeing.

Only a short 10 minute drive from the centre of Newry, yet feels like a sanctuary tucked in the hills away from everyday life. With the intention of creating a space to recharge your batteries, Bella Rosa Cottage has been mindfully designed with a charming warm and blissful space, offering a variety of luxury treatments, packages, unwind in the outdoors, practice yoga in the garden, dip in the hot tub or simply relax in the stunning living area.
